IH–MOD1: Basics of Homeopathy

Course Contents:

Principles of homeopathy. What is Homeopathy? History of Homeopathy.

7 Cardinal principles of homeopathy. Sources

of Homeopathic Drugs or Remedies. What is Organon? What is Materia Medica? What is Repertory? Totality of

Symptom. Complete Symptom. Concept of Person as a whole. How to take a simple acute case. Storage and

administration of remedies. Limitations of self–prescriptions. Healing process – Herrings law of cure.

IH–MOD2: Homeopathy for Family Wellness

Lecturer: Dr Manisha Lakhekar B.H.M.S., P.G. Hom (London)

Duration: 8 hours ( 2 Sessions of 4 hours each) ▲ HKD 1200

Eligibility: Must complete IH–MOD1.

Course Language: English

Course Dates: Tuesdays 16–Jun; 23–Jun; Time: 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm

 

Course Contents:

Remedies for Fever, Cough, Cold, Tonsillitis, Head ache, Stomatitis and other common illnesses, Therapeutics of

Accidents and Injuries. Bleeding. Burns / scalding. Fractures. Sprain & strains. Wounds. Bites and puncture wounds.

Vomiting & diarrhoea. Motion sickness. Food poisoning. Insect bites. Before and After Surgery. Traveler’s remedies.

Complementary home treatments for these conditions (e.g. honey, ghee, basic common herbs, etc.).

 

 

IH–MOD3: Homeopathy for Children

Milestones of Children development. Special Observations for to be taken while taking Children’s Case. Common

remedies for Fever,Teething, Ear infections, Cough. Common infectious disease. Emotional & familial factors of

children’s health. Some Nutritional tips for Children’s diet. Treatment before and after vaccination.

Common remedies during pregnancy and after delivery.
