Cancellation Policy :
Time is precious to all of us as is our health. We have designed our appointment system to better serve our patients, to save your time and manage our time in better and most efficient way. The goal is to reduce waiting time as much as possible. If your appointment is confirmed by us kindly note that we will not take any other appointment during that time and it will be reserved for you “exclusively”. Kindly contact/call us or whatsapp asap on +852 6464 3584 for re-scheduling or cancellation as soon as you possible. Please be considerate as we have limited time s lots which once confirmed and booked will not be given to other patients.

Cancellation or late changes will attract a penalty as follows:Before Less than 4 hours: 100% of chargeBefore Less than 12 hours: 50% of chargeThe penalty will be due when you schedule your next appointment.

Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions : Please check the Announcement issued by the Hong Kong Observatory on the website //www.hko.gov.hk/contente.htm. If there is Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force then your appointments remain cancelled. Please make another appointment. The above penalty will not be applicable in this case.
